El Rubio 360º traces its origin more than 35 years ago to the restaurant La Casa del Mar, which for years offered typical fishermen’s meals, such as Caldero del Mar Menor, fresh fish and shellfish from the area.
Years later, Rubio 360º, maintaining the Mediterranean essence in its cuisine as well as in the warmth of its service, also offers an exclusive venue that is impossible to imagine in the area, located in a privileged environment with views of the entire Mar Menor.
As far as facilities are concerned, the entire restaurant is created to enjoy the sea in all its aspects. It was possible to create an open space where the sea becomes the protagonist, linking interior-exterior with large glass curtains from floor to ceiling.

Only a powerful bar that evokes marine overtones and a central seafood island, both crowned by Italian-design vitrified lamps, are the details that, apart from the views, make up the space.
The restaurant is made up of 3 areas: The lebeche terrace facing west to enjoy the Mar Menor sunset, the dining room, designed so that the sea becomes the best decoration thanks to the large windows and the lack of visual obstacles and Finally, the Levante terrace, a dream place where you can imagine yourself on the high seas without closing your eyes.
