This contemporary Mediterranean-style house is conceived as a sculptural piece integrated into the landscape, where form, light and matter engage in constant dialogue. The white volumes, coated with lime mortar, evoke Mediterranean tradition from a contemporary perspective, providing texture, luminosity and a timeless presence.
The grooved wood, arranged in gentle curves, envelops and nuances the spaces, introducing warmth and depth in contrast to the purity of white. These curved elements, far from being mere formal resources, construct a fluid and sensory architecture in which the boundaries between interior and exterior are blurred.
The large, sinuous flights of stairs are boldly designed to control solar incidence, filter natural light and create deep shadows that enrich the spatial experience. More than a conventional dwelling, the complex is perceived as an organic and sculptural composition, where each architectural gesture responds to the climate, the location and a leisurely, Mediterranean way of living.
