From the beginning → To the end
Our main function is to guide the developer in this process, accompanying them in each phase of the execution in order to achieve the design that best suits their requirements. These services include the complete realization of architecture projects in Murcia from their initial ideation to the definition of each detail.
You will only make those decisions that really motivate you and leave the rest in our hands. We design to differentiate you, but also to have spaces that last over time. We create welcoming, warm spaces with many options to give your personal touch to each corner.

Frequently asked questions
What services do we offer in our architecture studio in Murcia?
At Emece Estudio, as an architecture studio in Murcia, we design and draft new construction and renovation projects, manage construction, process licenses, prepare reports and certificates, and develop interior design projects. If you need it, we can also coordinate the project in an integral way, from the initial idea to the final delivery.
Why work with our architecture studio in Murcia and not just with a builder?
Because we take care of planning, designing, and coordinating everything so that the work complies with regulations, makes good use of spaces, fits the budget, and is energy efficient. The builder executes; we define what is done, how it is done, and why it is done, minimizing surprises, cost overruns, and legal problems.
How much does a project cost in your architecture studio in Murcia?
We do not work with standard rates, because each project is different. The budget depends on the surface area, the complexity, the use (housing, premises, building), the current state, and the level of support you need (project only, project and construction management, complete management, etc.). The normal thing is to have a first meeting, understand your case well, and from there prepare a closed proposal.
What do I need to start a project with your architecture studio in Murcia?
By providing us with the details of the property or land (cadastral reference, deeds), a plan or sketch of the current situation, and your needs and approximate budget, we can begin. From there, at emece estudio we take care of requesting the additional technical information from the City Council or the corresponding organization.
Do you also design the interior design and decoration of the home or premises?
At emece estudio we don’t just stay on the plan. We can take care of the interior design, the selection of materials, the lighting, the furniture, and the distribution so that the final result is coherent, functional, and aesthetic. The idea is that the space looks good and is lived better.
